Who you are dealing with

IQSoft is a trading name for the software practice of Atiq Ul Ehsan. It is not a registered company. Until a written scope names a registered entity, engagements, invoices, and notices are with Atiq Ul Ehsan personally, via support@atiqsoft.com.

This website

atiqsoft.com is the public profile of IQSoft. Copy, screenshots, and product names describe systems we build and hosts that already run. They are not a tender, a price list, or a licence to use a product.

Live product URLs (such as IQERP, IQHealthOS, ATIQHR, IQ AI) are separate services. Access to those hosts is by account and by the agreement that covers that host.

How work is sold

A project starts only when both sides accept a written scope — typically a delivery plan, statement of work, or equivalent email confirmation. Website copy, chat replies, and “delivery in hours” examples do not bind Atiq Ul Ehsan or IQSoft until that writing exists.

Fees, milestones, acceptance, and support are those in the signed (or confirmed) scope. Change requests follow the change model in that scope.

What you may use from this site

You may browse, share links, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy the site design, scrape the house as a competing catalogue, or present IQSoft materials as your own bid.

IQSoft, @IQSoft, AtiqSoft, ATIQSOFT, and product names (IQERP, IQHealthOS, ATIQHR, IQ AI, and others) are used to identify our house and products. Other marks on this site belong to their owners.

Client work and our products

Software we build for you under a project agreement is dealt with in that agreement — including licence, source, and hosting. Pre-existing IQSoft products and the house architecture stay with Atiq Ul Ehsan unless the agreement says otherwise.

You are responsible for the accuracy of requirements, content, and credentials you give us, and for lawful use of the systems in your organisation (including personal data you put in a host).

No warranty on the brochure site

The marketing site is provided as information. We try to keep it current; hosts, prices, and timelines still follow the written scope. We are not liable for decisions made only from this website, or for downtime of a third-party network on the way to atiqsoft.com.

Product hosts aim to stay up under their own operations. Availability for a paid system is the SLA (if any) in that system’s agreement — not this page.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload, or probe this site or our hosts without a written pentest engagement. Do not use the assistant to generate malware or to impersonate IQSoft.
