Who we are

IQSoft (@IQSoft, also written AtiqSoft / ATIQSOFT) is the trading name of Atiq Ul Ehsan’s software practice. It is not a registered company. The desk is in Abu Dhabi, with delivery across Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, and Pakistan. This policy covers atiqsoft.com, the project-request form, and the Ask @IQSoft assistant on this site.

The person responsible for inquiries sent through this site is Atiq Ul Ehsan, reachable at support@atiqsoft.com.

What we collect

If you use Start a project, your browser opens a message to support@atiqsoft.com (and our delivery inboxes) with the name, work email, phone, company, project type, timeline, budget range, and description you typed. We do not store that form on this website; the record lives in email.

If you use Ask @IQSoft, the question is sent to our assistant so we can reply. Do not paste passwords, medical files, or other sensitive records into the chat.

The hosting provider logs standard request data (IP address, browser, pages requested) to keep the site up and to investigate abuse. We do not run advertising pixels or a third-party analytics tag on this marketing site.

How we use it

Inquiry details are used only to scope, quote, and deliver work you asked for — or to decline the work. We do not sell contact lists or run ads against your email.

Chat questions are used to answer you on this site. We may keep a short log if needed to debug the assistant.

Who sees it

Project mail is read by Atiq Ul Ehsan at support@atiqsoft.com and atiq@atiqsoft.com. A copy may land in a personal operations inbox so requests are not missed.

The site is hosted on Hetzner infrastructure in the EU. LinkedIn, if you follow the footer profile, is LinkedIn’s service — their policy applies there.

Live product hosts (for example iqerp.atiqsoft.com) are separate systems. Each host has its own access control; this policy does not replace a customer contract on those products.

How long we keep it

Email inquiries are kept as long as needed to respond, deliver, invoice, or meet a legal retention duty, then deleted or archived in the ordinary course of mail.

Server logs are rotated as part of normal hosting. Chat logs, if kept, are not used for marketing lists.

Your choices

Email support@atiqsoft.com to ask what inquiry mail we hold, to correct it, or to ask us to delete a request that is not needed for an active project or a legal duty. We usually reply within one business day.

You can refuse the project form and write us directly. You can also skip the on-site assistant.

Children

This site is for business operators. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
